OUR PAYMENT POLICY IS:

*During Low, Normal, & Shoulder Season: a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation is required. On arrival all outstanding amounts are payable including proof of identity and credit card verification. *During High Season (Easter, Christmas & New Years and School holidays): a deposit equivalent to 50% of your total accommodation is required. On arrival all outstanding amounts are payable including proof of identity and credit card verification. Management reserves the right to request a Credit Card Pre-Authorisation on check in.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS:

*During Low, Normal, & Shoulder Season: 24 hours notice required. Should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the day of your arrival; you will forfeit your deposit (one night’s accommodation). *Early departures are considered a cancellation. *During High Season (Easter, Christmas & New Years): 28 days notice is required. Should you cancel less than 28 days prior to the day of your arrival; you WILL forfeit your deposit (50% of your accommodation). For special events (such as Blues Fest, Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival and other special events as categorised by management) written notice of cancellation must be received 28 days prior to arrival or a 50% cancellation fee applies. For all cancellations a $50 administration fee applies. All cancellations must be received in writing. Management reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances or any specialised bookings that we are not equipped to deal with. In this instance, a full refund will be given.

Conditions:

To maintain a high standard for our guests we require that certain conditions are to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the following conditions do apply: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Damage, breakages, theft and losses are the guests/and or visitors responsibility during their stay. Credit card details are held on file to cover any additional expenses associated with your stay. Visitor policy is as follows: At all times visitors must report to reception before entering the motel, Management reserves the right to access or refuse visitors. For the enjoyment of all guests, noise restrictions do apply after 8 pm. Excessive noise is not tolerated and the relevant authorities will be called should intervention be required. Our Property has a NO Pets policy. Smoking is definitely not permitted inside the Rooms (charges will apply where this policy is broken). The breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate termination.
